Let’s hear it for our November Client Highlight, Kristin Feeback!
Kristin loves the Lord, and is truly one of the kindest, most genuine women you’ll ever come across. Her heart for listening, helping others, and for finding ways to love on people is a unique gift God has given her. She has a Doctorate in Psychology and is a licensed mental health professional, serving people 24/7 whether it’s in her job, at TTT, at church, or at her kids’ school (her husband is the Spring Hill Varsity Football coach, and her kids also have all attended/attend there as well). She is determined in the gym, setting goals and not allowing obstacles to get in her way of reaching those goals. She also has decided to run for Spring Hill City Council this year! Running on a platform to be “Honest, Balanced, Committed, Motivated, a Relationship Builder, and Fearless.” It has been so inspiring to watch focus in on HER health, and then be even more empowered to serve others! We love you Kristin, you are a blessing to us and to so many! Keep working, keep focused, we are loving the ride with you! Check out her full story below!
Since starting TTT one year ago, Kristin has:

lost 13% Body Fat
lost 32.5 lbs of Fat
gained 14 lbs of Muscle
lost 18 inches overall
My name is Kristin Feeback. I have been married for 24 years to Jason Feeback. We are college sweethearts, and both were collegiate athletes. Jason was my orientation leader when I first set foot on the college campus. Jason is the head football coach at Spring Hill High School, and has been coaching for over 25 years! I met Jason when I was 17. We enjoy drinking coffee together, watching devotionals every morning before work, fixing up houses and have a passion for lifting weights. Jason and I both have a strong faith in God and are the first in both our families to attend church as a couple.
We have three children. Brennen is 22 years old. He just got married this past New Year’s Eve and graduated college in May. Brennen and his wife Ali, live in Fort Scott. He will start his first teaching job this fall as a special education teacher at Fort Scott High School. Avery is 17 years old. Her middle name is Grace for a reason! She is very graceful! Avery loves sports and her favorite is girls wrestling. I’m a proud momma, not boastful, but she has gone to State two years in a row!!! Emery is 15 years old. She is boisterous and passionate for taking care of people. Emery is very patriotic, loves cowgirl boots, and her favorite sport is basketball. It helps that she is a whopping 5’10”.
Professionally, I hold a doctorate in Psychology and have been a licensed mental health professional for 20 years. I have worked in healthcare/mental health for over 25 years. I have done a variety of different jobs and roles, but currently I am the President/CEO of Commcare. Commcare facilitates 6 lines of business, but primarily is a call center in Missouri for the new 988 Crisis Lifeline. While the National Suicide Hotline number works, 988 was created nationally and can be called by anyone at any time. I have always been passionate about individuals getting their mental health needs met and this number helps by providing a mental health professional available at any time!
I have been coming to TTT since October 2022. Since starting TTT, I have gained more friends, have more accountability in my life when it comes to diet and fitness, a great reason to wake up at 4:30 most mornings, been spiritually fed having deep conversations about faith and what God has done in my and others lives while at TTT and have overall been feeling better about myself. What has really helped me to continue with TTT is the great guidance I’m getting from the trainers, the inches and weight I’ve lost since attending, meeting the first part of my day and with beautiful and wonderful ladies. I’ve really enjoyed my new friends, learning how to do certain exercises better (the right way), the physical results, every time I go its different, the early morning times available and the overall satisfaction a workout creates at the start of my day!
Out of all of that though, I would say that the biggest affect TTT has had on me is my mental health. While I strongly encourage self-care to other mental health professionals, my clients etc., I suck at it! I put others before myself, but I got lost somewhere. When I go to TTT, I feel like I am doing it for myself and leave feeling happier! What I love the most is the accountability and encouragement of the trainers. I love the texts they send, and there have been so many times I have decided not to go, but a text gets sent and I sign up!
If you’re considering doing something for your health, I would say TTT is the place to be!!! While some may look at the financial piece of committing to a gym or a personal trainer and decide not to, I would say a person can’t afford not to join as the health benefits are more important than anything else! It clicked for me about 2 months in. I felt more confident, could actually finish a workout and started to notice my clothes fitting a little bit looser. I also noticed having more energy and started to meet some of the ladies for coffee and getting to know them more! Lastly, the one on one consults are extremely helpful. For me, once I found that the changes I have made with food and working out are making an impact on my weight and inches, I was and am continually committed to changing my lifestyle.
I’d love to have you come join me anytime, you won’t regret it!
