Andrea Stephenson

Let’s hear it for our July Client Highlight, Andrea Stephenson! Andrea has BLOWN us all away with her dedication, perseverance, and determination since she walked through our doors 4 months ago. She is fierce, but not just physically. She is tough mentally and emotionally, she knows who she is, she knows who God has made her to be, and she knows what her goals are and how NOTHING can stop her! She is an amazing wife, momma, works full time, and continues to stay focused on her health because she knows how it allows her to be the wife/mom/professional that she wants to be. We sure love you and are so proud of you Andrea, no doubt your girls are inspired by your grit, I know all of us TTT girls are! YOU are awesome, keep going! SO thankful God brought us together!

In 4 short months, she has:
Lost 21 pounds
Lost 11.62 % Body Fat
Lost 28.42 lbs of Fat
Gained 7.42 lbs of Lean Muscle Mass
Lost over 19 inches (4 whole inches off her of her waistline!)

My husband, Shane and I just celebrated our 13th anniversary in June! We have two beautiful daughters, Isabella, 16 and Elexis, 13. Some of you have met Elexis at a couple of TTT workouts that she attended with me! Shane is a maintenance supervisor and overlooks One Light, Two Light and Three Light Luxury Apartments downtown. I work for Platinum Title and have been there for 18 years! My daughters are my WHOLE world! I know I am supposed to be teaching them about life, love and everything in between but there are days where I learn so much from them! I could not survive this crazy world without them!! When I first found out I was pregnant with Isabella my whole world changed from that moment on!! Last year we had a traumatic death in our family, as we lost my daughter, Isabella’s father, my co-parenting partner and one of Shane and I’s dear friend. He was only 44 years old. When I realized that I was 44 getting ready to turn 45 and he would never turn 45, there was a huge realization about taking better care of myself. I wanted to be a better role model for my daughters and do better for myself! I want to be here for my husband, my kids and one day my grandchildren!

Over the years, some of my co-workers had tried to get me to attend TTT a couple of different times. I am not going to lie, I was afraid, scared and so insecure! My fear was getting the best of me! There was a girl at my work that was going to try her first class, and I said if you can do it, I can do it! I did not want to be left in the dust seeing her results and making up excuses as to why I never tried TTT! Well, I finally put my fear aside and decided to try it. I am not going to say that it was easy, and I did awesome my first class…In fact, it was completely opposite! HA! I actually started out throwing a big tire back and forth (thinking I got this!) next thing I knew I felt like I was going to get sick or pass out or both! I ended up in the bathroom for a few minutes! But… I made it through the whole workout, and I honestly felt GREAT! I was feeling pretty proud of myself…until the next day I was so sore! Next thing I knew I get a text from Angie asking how I was feeling, and I ended up shockingly going to the Monday 6pm class…well that was it! I have been hooked ever since!! I started attending M/W 6pm and Saturdays! I decided if I was going to do this I was going all in! I wanted to set goals! I wanted to know where I was starting and where I wanted to be by a certain date! This is when I decided to schedule my first consult, and I am so glad that I did because I have learned how to eat healthy. I know my goals and have reached some of them already! The consult was very beneficial to me so that I could wrap my mind around what exactly I needed to do to accomplish my goals. Angie gave me an amazing eating plan, and I started prepping my meals and packing my lunches for work! I gave myself a couple of cheat meals, I mean I still want to enjoy good food, but I also want to feel good inside and out!

I started scheduling my TTT workouts a month in advance This way I would be able to hold myself accountable! I am the kind of person that if I have something scheduled I feel guilty cancelling. When I first started TTT, I was attending Mon., Wed. and Saturday. I was ready to start training more often, and some of the people I knew were attending the 5:15am classes. They stated they loved getting up and getting their work outs done, then they did not have to worry about it the rest of the day! I did not think I could do it (one thing I have learned from TTT is you can do anything you tell yourself you can do!) so I started attending TTT 5:15am classes on Mon., Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 8am. I felt AMAZING at 5:15am, who would have thought! This was seriously when it clicked for me! I had figured out a schedule that worked for me and my family, as well as figured out my meal plans! From then on, I have just set my mindset to work hard and focus on my goals. I am following the meal plan that I was given in my consult, I work out 5 times a week, as well as run 2 to 3 miles with my dog different days throughout the week! I have heard people say this is a lifestyle. It Truly is! I honestly never thought I would/could be one of those people but look at me know! Some workouts I feel like I can take on the world, while other workouts are very humbling to me and make me realize I have so much more work to accomplish my goals!

I have been attending TTT for 4 months now! I feel better than I EVER have before! SERIOUSLY!!! TTT has not only helped me with my physical goals but has also helped me mentally! Not every morning is easy to get up early, but I know that in one hour I am going to feel amazing! One of the things I love most about TTT are the trainers! They are always smiling; they always say good morning and they know each of us by name! They push us throughout the entire workout, letting us know, even when we might be doubting ourselves, YES YOU CAN! They truly care about each and every one of the ladies that are attending TTT! The ladies that I work out with is another love of mine! These ladies are hard workers and seeing them work hard is so motivating, as they thrive off of lifting others up and supporting each other. This makes you feel so comfortable attending each and every class! Most of all, what I love is how I feel after every single one of my classes! I feel accomplished and powerful! I have shown up for myself and I am accomplishing my goals!! It doesn’t matter what your goal is or why you are here, you will be loved, motivated, lifted up and supported each and every day!! You have a group of ladies that are your teammates, that will support you no matter what. I have discovered in my short 4 months that TTT is not just a workout, but it is a family!

I encourage everyone to try at least one TTT workout! Don’t let fear hold you back like it did me for so many years! You are missing out not only on bettering yourself , but on becoming part of this amazing family that TTT has created!
