Let’s hear it for our November Client Highlight, Jill Wood! Jill is a wife and mom of 2, works full time, and is an absolute joy to be around! Her constant smile and encouragement is a pillar in the 5:15am early bird morning groups! She is the first to lend a helping hand, to ask how you are doing, and to listen when a friend needs someone to lean on. Her compassion for others one of her brightest gifts, and she blesses us all in so many ways. She has gained strength and so much confidence, and we are so honored to know Jill and have her a part of our community. Check out her full story here!

Since starting TTT, Jill has:

“Since beginning TTT and being consistent with attending workouts, my strength and endurance have both increased significantly! I now enjoy being active with my family, without feeling like I’m “holding them back” or making them “wait up on me”. We love to travel, and hiking and scuba diving are among our family favorite activities! I’m still working on making sustainable food choices and incorporating more whole foods and decreasing processed foods in my diet. Focusing on progress, not perfection!”
